Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at LightHome Products.

We ship all products worldwide with no additional cost to you. There are no additional costs for delivery no matter where you live.  

To give you an idea on our delivery time frame please be aware of the following.

Shipment processing time:

All orders are verified, processed, packaged and dispatched within 3-5 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Shipping times:

Once dispatched from our warehouse, international deliveries can take as little as 7 days, and as much as 7 weeks depending on your location and your country's customs clearance process.  We are not responsible for customs delays.

If your delivery hasn't arrived within 7 weeks, please contact us so we can investigate.  Any loss of product due to delivery issues will be either refunded or product delivery will be re-arranged.
