1. How long are shipping times?

Our items usually have a processing time of 1-5 days of you placing your order.  it will then take additional days to reach your destination.  Typical shipping times are as follows for some of our most popular countries.

USA - 7-21 days

UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada - 14-28 days

Local factors such as customs processing can sometimes impact on these shipping times.

2. What's your return policy?

Instead of returning items, you can contact us and we will offer you a full refund.  Why returns run counter to our sustainability policies. So if you want to return something, please tell us what went wrong and send us a photo to show it and we will return your money in full.  You can feel free to donate the item to your local charity or recycle it.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you don't receive the goods within the promised timeframe for each individual product.  Sometimes orders are sent out before we can process a cancellation.  If this happens you may still receive it, so you can feel free to enjoy the product, donate it or recycle it!

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there is an issue with your order, if it's the wrong size, colour, defective, or just isn't quite right, simply notify us and send a photo.  We will offer you a refund.  You won't be asked to ship the item back to us. 

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges.  However, if for any reason you didn't get the product you asked for, please let us know and we will get you the correct one.
